review the relevant terms of service for any online marketplace or third-party service
from which you downloaded the App.
The Services are provided by THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. to support your interaction
with THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. services, such as browsing information, making rental
bookings, and communicating with us. Additionally, the Services may offer information
and links to other products and services from THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. and third
parties.
This Agreement pertains specifically to your use of the Website and the App –
THALATTA-THALATTA S.A.’s Rental Agreement still governs your use and rental of our
properties.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
By using the Services, registering a user account, or accessing any of the Services, you
represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, capable of entering into a
valid and enforceable legal agreement under applicable law, and that you agree to
comply with the terms of this Agreement.
PRIVACY
By using the Services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the terms of the
Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of this page and is available at
https://……………………………….. (“Privacy Policy”). By agreeing to these Terms, you give
your consent for the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your data in accordance
with the Privacy Policy.
MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
To join as a member (“Member”) of the THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. Services, you may
be required to set up an account protected by a password (“Account”). You agree to
provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process,
and at any time when using the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your Account password and for all actions taken through your Account.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages that arise from unauthorized access
to your Account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials available through our Services (including text, images, videos,
audio files, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property), except user-
generated content, if applicable, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by
international copyright laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify these
materials unless we explicitly permit it in writing. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a
limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the
Services for personal and non-commercial purposes. All Content is for informational use

and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from the course of dealing or
trade practices.
We do not guarantee that the Services or any features within them will be free from
errors or interruptions, nor do we guarantee that your use of the Services will yield
specific outcomes. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. You
acknowledge that THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. has no obligation, but reserves the right
to (a) monitor, review, or modify user content, or (b) perform identity verification,
background checks, or take other actions as deemed necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THALATTA-THALATTA S.A. will not be held
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to
damages for lost profits, business disruption, or loss of data, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of
the Site and supersede any prior agreements or communications between us. If any
provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be
modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will
