Elastic Policy – 20 days before

The visitor can cancel his reservation without any charge up to 20 days before his arrival. The guest will be charged the full amount of their reservation if they cancel within 20 days before their arrival. If the guest does not show up at the property at all, the full amount of their reservation will be charged.
